Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Rubicon can provide services to business and industry designed to restore to an acceptable level of performance any employee whose productivity has deteriorated as a result of excessive or abusive use of alcohol/other drugs and/or other personal problems. The service consists of early identification, intervention, confrontation and referral of troubled employees to treatment services.
