Rubicon supports the empowerment of "Women Helping Women" toward full recovery by offering sepecialized services focused on the needs of women.

Women's IOP is an environment where women are encouraged to work toward complete acceptance of themselves, and the staff supports this by showing confidence in the women, building on their strengths, valuing the women and stimulating their independence. These are all positive tools that encourage women to make treatment work for themselves.
